Bray Acris® PFA Lined

Acris® PFA lined ball valves are engineered for zero leakage shutoff in demanding corrosive and ultrapure industrial applications. The fully PFA lined ball, stem and body provide unsurpassed resistance to corrosion, permeation and microbial contamination, ensuring maximum purity and long-term reliability with minimal maintenance. Rugged metal-to-metal body joints protect the locked-in liner from external forces, while the anti-static grounding device prevents static buildup. The ISO 5211 top mounting plate allows for straightforward actuation.

Full Port & Standard Port Design

Available in both full port and standard port configurations. The full port design delivers an unrestricted flow path for high flow rates with minimal pressure drop, making it the preferred choice for high-throughput processes. Both variants feature adjustable PTFE chevron packing to eliminate leak paths and reduce fugitive emissions, and a durable PTFE seat designed for low-torque, zero-leakage isolation.

High Performance PFA Lining

The PFA lining, also known by the trade name Teflon®, is melt processable for precise molding with smoother surface finishes than standard PTFE liners. It offers superior flexibility, higher resistance to permeation, lower particle shedding and excellent creep resistance at elevated temperatures, resulting in extended service life and a lower total cost of ownership.
