Product description
Amresist fully lined piston check valves are engineered to prevent backflow of process media in demanding corrosive and ultrapure piping applications. The locked-in PFA body liner, with a minimum thickness of 3mm, delivers outstanding resistance to corrosion, permeation and microbial contamination for reliable, low-maintenance operation across a wide range of industries.
Reliable Performance at Low Differential Pressures
A key advantage of the piston check valve design is its suitability for both vertical and horizontal piping installations, even at low differential pressures. This makes it an ideal solution where other check valve types may struggle to operate consistently. The solid TFM or PTFE piston, combined with a Hastelloy C spring, ensures robust and corrosion-resistant performance in aggressive media.
Designed for Demanding Environments
Seat tightness is certified to BS EN 12266-1, guaranteeing leak-free performance in critical process applications. Whether used in chemical processing, ultrapure water systems or pharmaceutical production, Amresist piston check valves offer the combination of material integrity and mechanical reliability that your process demands.
